New Bonnie Jean Black and Gold dress. The top is a soft Velour material. Gold bow across the front. Skirt is layered. Black, gold, silver plaid material with black netting covered with gold dots over it. There is black netting under the shirt trimmed with black velour type material. Lining of black material under the black netting. Size 4. Shoulder to bottom 20 inches. Waist measured flat 10 inches. Arm 13.5 inches. No condition issues. Beautiful dress! Simple but elegant look. The dots that look red are just reflecting a nearby color. 😂
