Bonnie Jean Mint Ribbon Bubble Dress

Great dress by Bonnie Jean in size 2t. The color is a beautiful blue-green mint. Perfect for spring or can be layered with long sleeve tee and/or pretty cardigan and tights for winter. Full bubble skirt. The sash can be adjusted to the waist. Mesh underlay and satin ribbon appliqué. Last pic shows area a neckline where a small piece of ribbon is frayed. Can be easily removed or sewn down to repair. I would do it myself but I lost my sewing basket. Great condition.
