Bonnie Young Designer Neon Yellow + Lace Dress

Amazing dress from NYC designer, Bonnie Young! It has a neon yellow bottom layer with a beautiful lace top layer. Dress zips up the side & has an unfinished waistband as designed. Purchased as a size 10, but doesn’t have a size tag & fits like a 9/10. In great shape! Measurements: 13” across chest 12” across waist 15” from top of strap to waistband 34” long
