Boohoo Navy Cap Sleeve Dress

This is a Navy blue Cap sleeve dress w/pleat at waist. It is a better quality Boohoo dress! Perfect for a nice dinner or important interview. This cute number is true to size but has no stretch! I never wore it because I need more "trunk space" for the comfort. It hits the knee unless you're tall. Zips in back. I could only find image of model in Orange.
