Boohoo Navy Dress

Brand new size 8( but when i purchased on the web, i choose a size 6) navy dress. It has a slit on the side and some rouging. A deeper V neck than i would like. Bought for a formal event but because on the deep V, didn’t feel comfortable wearing it out. To me, it fits like a Small.
