This lovely maxi dress has shoulder ruffles with a split seam at the ruffled shoulder. The front has a high waisted elastic band. The back has an elastic band for ease of wear. The trend is back for maxi dresses, but worn with white sneakers. Lots of celebrities are wearing it and although I’m not a celebrity, I will purchase white sneakers and style my maxi dresses.
