For anyone who is awake, connected to, interested in and striving for a sustainable and ethical food movement, this book is a must.
I thoroughly enjoyed the read.
Dan Barber, a chef and former New York Times Food Critic writer composes an exceptional read in this work. It’s eye opening, provoking and introspective on so many levels.
If you’ve read any of Michael Pollan prolific works on food then you will surely appreciate and resonate with this book.
Overall on very good used condition. Some minor wear spots on jacket but no marks, tops, tears, stains or odors. From a clean smoke free home.
