maryl13 @motog Sounds good. I just sent email to Poshmark within the app and included your order number, tracking number, my username, and your username. I have had this happen with USPS twice before, and in each instance, the package started moving once Poshmark was involved. So 🤞! Hopefully you will soon be enjoying your gorgeous new purchase 😊

maryl13 @motog As far as the delivery issue, I sent the email using “support and Help”. I got a standard form email saying Poshmark is working on my issue. I should get a slightly more specific email within ~24 hours. ……regarding closing your closet

maryl13 @motog Using my laptop, under my thumbnail in upper right corner, there is a drop down arrow; Just above “Logout”, there is “Support and Help”. In the middle of the next screen in light blue box it says “contact support” When you click on that box, an email form shows up. You can ask any customer support question here. I would think this works for your question. Hope this helps you 🙂 Please let me know.

maryl13 @motog I knew what you meant 😊 Funny you would bring this up. I think by the first of the year, I will need to close my closet. I am a nurse, and am just working so much. I only want to keep my closet open if I have the time to provide excellent customer service. Thankfully, my husband is super supportive! He’s my post office delivery guy 🥰

maryl13 @motog Thank you for sharing this information. I just now went into something that I had marked “not for sale”, and when you choose edit on a listing, at the bottom is the option to “delete listing”. I just now successfully deleted a pair of men’s pants that I had marked not for sale. I guess you can at least delete all of your listings. Hopefully that gets you out of the Poshmark selling business 😊 Have a great evening!!
