brighamashley 32 “ waist? For an xl? Does it give much stretch? I think a typical xl is 38”. In love with them… help!

chrisrvt @brighamashley Yes it's an elastic waistband & a higher rise. When the rise is over 9" the waistband is usually smaller. That area is usually smaller than the actual waist. I will check on how much it stretches & get back to you

chrisrvt @brighamashley Good morning. I added a couple pics with the tape measure. You are correct, they measured small for an XL. Looks like I was being conservative. The waist is closer to 34-35" unstretched. You could get another 1-2" by stretching. Sorry for the confusion
