Boom Shankar Reversible skirt

Two reversible wrap skirts in one with detachable matching purse. Originally from Boom Shankar company in Australia. Multiple snaps allow you to adjust to your size. I wear a 14 and can adjust larger or smaller. Measures 21” from waist to bottom. Hits above the knee on me at 5’7”.
