Boots & Bows | EUC - Smocked Bluebonnet Dress - Size 3 Months Precious blue checkered smocked dress, bluebonnet stitching at collar, scalloped detail at hem, fabric buttons in back. EUC - the slightest discoloring at collar, incredibly hard to notice, tried to captured in pictures. No bloomers, but would look lovely with a solid white or yellow.
