Boots and Barkley Dress. NWOT

Boots and Barkley NWOT Dark Apricot with Pineapples Pullover Style. Elastic Smock at 'bodice', Spaghetti Straps, Ruffles On Hemline, Very Girlie! Marked Size M, but it didn't fit my slender 10# Yorkie. The top of the Smocking is Elastic and stretchy but it's a fixed seam before the flare of the dress. My best guess is a pup under 7#, with Girth at 14-15" or less because of that fixed seam. It's SO Cute!
