My daughter has a size 22 shoes that are Bopy and she fits in them well with a little wiggle room. I was thinking about getting her the size 23 in the slippers because you mentioned they run small but I compared the measurements you gave me to shoes and they are about the same as the 23. I’m thinking I should order a size 24??

@emme_lia from what it looks like between 22 and 24 you will have at least half an inch of room in the front. which should be ok but these are slippers so she just might be a little to big. You can try worst case is you can exchange them. I have so many different colors and styles zipper vs velcro. etc.
