Bordeaux colored dress from France

Bought in Paris, only worn twice! Super cute dress with three quarter sleeves and flairs out in the skirt. Nice ribbon detailing at the waist and visible gold zipper in the back. 17 inches from shoulder to waist band, 19 inches from waist band to hem. Size 42EU, I usually wear a US 10 in dresses.
