I own a pair of 10.5 shoes like these, but they feature the perforated leather allowing for some give. Are these shoe tight or stiff or is the leather relaxed? Thanks

Would you consider them on the larger size of a 10.5 or do they run a little smaller. I wear 10.5 in Clarks but some shoes I run an 11. My current Born Sawyers give about 1/4 inch in the toe.
