Small minute cracks on handle piping and some of the leather trim but very small. Some of the silver hardware has very small scratches. Zip up closure. Inside has 3 compartments and middle one zips. A couple of loose threads inside but no rips. Stains or odors. Very nice thick leather and Made in Italy. Beautiful bag. Approx. 14 x 16.75 laying flat Strap drop approx. 6.25 slouched
