Boston Proper Braided V-Neck Top

Boston Proper Size Small Halter style with faux leather braid and stud detail along deep V and across underbust. I noticed the braided part has a slightly tacky feel to it. I bought it new from BP, so I believe it's just the way the material is. Fabric at bust has stretch, but the underbust does not.
