Boston Proper Cold Shoulder Bell Sleeve Dress

Check out those sleeves! This dress is brand new, never worn. Doesn’t have tags, but DOES have extra seed beads and sequins in a little attached bag. It hits just above the knee and the waist is elasticy. It’s kind of a dark royal blue. I wouldn’t quite call it navy. It’s lined. Sequins are black. Beads are black and silver. It looks like the thread holding the beading on may be a bit loose in one spot (see pic). I don’t think any beads or sequins are missing. Hippie, boho, beaded, sequined
