ferrelljennifer @qbangirl7 hello measuring along the seam under the chest area it’s 16 inches aka 32 inches in circumference across when laid out flat. The dress features elastic in the seam which can extend out to 20 inches aka 40 inches in circumference. I have added a picture of the size chart from the Boston Proper website. ferrelljennifer @clozandmorecloz apologies in the delayed reply as my notification were not configured properly. It’s lined on the body, not arms. With that being said yes this is a light gauze like material that light could pass through with direct sunlight at the right angle.
