Made by Muse exclusively for Boston Proper. Blue, black, and white floral halter dress with striped border hem. The straps are white plastic chain with blue fabric woven thru the straps!!! Incredible and very unique !!! Fabric is vey comfortable and cool, made of 95% Polyester and 5% Spandex. Measurements are approx. and on a flat surface. Armpit to Armpit = 19". Length from center top of neckline to hem =32" . Width across hemline, L to Rt = 29". Worn one time for occasion. Like new and in excellent condition! Wish I could find another in a larger size.
