Boston Proper halter style top with ruffles

This top just doesn't take a good picture, but I promise, it looks ADORABLE on. It has a halter back, but fits like a choker instead of tying around the neck. It's tunic length with a 4" wide elastic hem. Length from neck to hem is 29". The back is 16" from the tag to the hem. Rayon w/ 5% spandex. Has plenty of stretch. The choker neckline isn't uncomfortable at all. Still in like new condition. It's simple and very classy, AND easy to wear. Just throw it on with jeans or shorts and go!
