@zaj_23 hi its very soft tee shirt fabric under the fringes. pit to pit measures 38-40 inches resting and has a LOT of stretch. For reference I wear a 34H bra and measure 44-45" across my bustling and it fits me perfectly. its just not a great color on me so I have never worn it.
