New Boston Proper blouse that definitely has a free people vibe. Top is new and actually came in a bag without tags on it. Sizes extra extra small. But look at measurements because it is flexible. About 27 and 3/4 long from top of shoulder and from pit to pit about 15 but it is a little stretchy because there is actually a few inches of hidden elastic underneath the bust in the front.
