I took care to photograph the edges and corners, but the wear is just from normal use and barely visible in person. It does not detract from this gorgeous, classic piece. This wallet has been authenticated once by Poshmark. I bought it in a mystery box with other items, which made the price over $500. The leather is exquisite. Personally, I think it is obvious that it is authentic when you can feel it. But, I just wanted to mention this as I know it is a concern (rightly).
