What are the dimensions of the bag? What is the overall condition?

@nancyortize 10 3/4 inches wide by 8 1/2 inches long. The straps total to 44 inches making it about 20 inches from your shoulder. The outside is in good condition but the inside has a seam coming out. I am open to offers.
