Bou Jeloud Geo Print Shirt Skirt This can be worn as a blouse top or as a skirt. Not sure which one it is meant to be, but fun to wear either way. Fabric is silky satin soft, but more than likely is polyester. String straps can be worn over shoulder to hold up blouse top, or tucked in and worn as a skirt. Elastic band on back, fully lined with built in slip, very flowy.
