I have to stop ordering from this site, can't trust anyone. I was told and it's in the description as NWT. (New with tag). They were supposed to be new, never worn. Does this look NEW in any way??? Don't think so....

afrin1 @minderz I should return them, I know. But rite now, there's no way I can go to the post office to send it back. Have no babysitter. That's why I had asked the seller questions repeatedly so it was supposed to be as described. I was lied to. The seller had to know about the torn part and the stitched part. How far can a person go, with cheating another person??? Not that far. These kind of people always get double taken away from them later on. Just hope these poshers stop doing these scams.

birdybella but should say, @minderz you can't just do return to sender that way -- @afrin1 will not get her money back just because the item is returned. If you order something from poshmark and get it damaged or it's not what it should be, you need to report it with poshmark within three days, otherwise you're cooked! ;)

marly911 @chicandclassic buyer doesn't have to accept. She sends these same pics to posh and they will issue refund. If that doesn't work, dispute with credit card company. No way in the world would I accept boots in this condition. Giiirrrl don't get me started. 😡😡😡 just thinking about what if.

chicandclassic @marly911 ok ok I don't wanna get you started. Lol. I just go based on what I read from other poshers. It's a sad thing because you have some buyers that aren't honest either. They can receive something and say the "seller" sent it to them like that and be lying too. I'm not implying that this seller is doing that in no way. I'm just going based on what I read. It's scary for me either way. I just made a sell and it turned okay so I'm still taking my chances and I pray I don't get a buyer that tries to lie on me. Because I have my husband video record while I'm packaging so they can try if they want. I am not the one to mess with! I video record a packaging for all sites I sell on.

afrin1 They are still selling stuff on posh, even after all these complaints. If, anyone has honest sellers info on posh, please please give me some honest sellers names.. I only have 4 bags for selling on posh. And all has exact info on them. I love LV bags. I'm into buying. I can never cheat people like this. All my last purchases are liars, scammers. God help these people.

afrin1 @emm_zee You should not sell items like this. All your pictures are taken from far. Except the bottom of sole. Your first picture shows the back of the boots, and if looked carefully, the white stitchings does show on the pic. But how can a buyer know this if the seller is hiding the facts on the item....

I would never damage an item and try to put it on the seller. I don't buy things to return them. I hate returning stuff. Its a big hassle. marly911 @bellaboo79 I checked out the sellers closet and it says NWT that's why she wanted Paypal instead of posh because she new they were damaged. Like who stitches the back of used boots. They are probably fake. She had a fake lv manhattan gm listed and I see its now gone. Either enough of us reported or she removed. I blocked anyway cause I do no business with scammers. I won't even sell to a scammer cause who knows what they will do.

That is why my orders I made in the last almost one month, I told all the sellers, please not to lie to me and scam me, cause I don't like the hassle of returning and I wasn't able to return at the moment. I order to keep my stuff, I love LV handbags. Most of my listings are my collection to share. I've been buying. Not selling yet.

dramaless @afrin1 This is just wrong!!! PLEASE get your money back. If she won't refund you 100% right now, go online to Paypal and open a dispute. I PROMISE you, once they see these pictures and read all her comments stating they are new, you will be refunded. Then you go online again and go to USPS and schedule a pick up. Mailman will come to your door to pick up package! This same thing has happened to me, and I got ALL my money refunded. Don't let her take advantage of your hard earned money!!! It's not right, AND NEVER use paypal again on this site. Please keep us informed! These boots aren't worth 1/4 of what she charged you! SHAME ON HER!!!! 😡😡😤😤

Thanks for all the help. It feels great to see poshers like you. I've been lied to so much in the past few orders, it's crazy. And I'm pointed as a bad buyer and liar. My past 2 orders I posted pics of snapshots of conversations between me and the sellers. The agreements of paperwork and etc. but at the end I'm called a liar, bad buyer and bad to deal with. I only go by the truth that's why I ask extra questions, and ways write normal and nice comments. Liars still always try to make people look like a liar, when it's themselves. I'm so fed up with these liars. So tired.

I went to her page and looked at the listing, it plainly states in the description - BRAND NEW - then I read where you asked her again to make sure they were BRAND NEW, NEVER WORN, and she plainly stated yes, brand new, never worn!! Somebody wore them and ripped out the back and done a sorry job of trying to fix it!!! It's just WRONG!! That's why she wanted to go through PayPal, but I can assure you, they will reimburse you every cent and you don't send them back until they tell you too!!!

It is my right to be getting honesty when I'm purchasing something. And if I'm not, then, it is my right to put the words out there, about these kind of sellers. This site is supposed to be a happy and honest site. If, it really was, then all these problems would've never happened. I'm called names and pointed fingers at, just because I put up these pages with proof.

This seller, didn't say anything bad at all. I respect for for that. But there are sellers who have gone crazy on. This site to make me look bad. travelgramshop There are about a million users on here and yea it's hard to find good sellers but if this ever happens to anyone you can schedule a pick up from usps to ur home and they'll pick up so you can return it. Always report the seller so they don't scan people this way. Did you end up returning and getting your money back?

lanycorral That has happened to me and I did the same thing and posted it. Her dogs had chewed them up and she shipped them to me anyway.., it was horrible. I reported her and returned the shoes. Hope this doesn’t happen again. I buy from more good sellers than bad. 😊

I dont have those exact boots but I have a new brown pair of cardi uggs that r a size 6 I think. no box but they r authentic. if u need them if u buy a label for 4$ I'll gift them 2 u.
