Boulevard de Paris vintage set size 14

Brand new vintage two piece set by Boulevard de Paris size 14. Long sleeve button down top with matching striped pencil skirt. Mock blouse with jacket top has shoulder pads and removable belt and faux front pockets. Pencil skirt has back zipper and back slit for movement. Waist measures 30 inches. *Discoloration on collar and right sleeve and pin hole on right sleeve* Purchased new in 1989 and was never worn*
