Boutique Brand Button Up Lightweight dress teal with black polka dots

Les Amis (boutique brand) teal button up dress with black polka dots. Single lined but not see-through Size Small (fits 0-2) I’m a size 4 and I can fit in it but it’s not comfortable. It’s only been worn once.
