Black and off white cowl neck top. Cowl neck can be used two ways —- as a snood (hood) or cowl neck/ see pictures for measurements. It is a “one size” (I had to cut the tag out on the side because it was itchy! No signs of wear. Worn once washed once on delicate - never put in dryer- Hung dry!
