Boutique Label Just Bee Queen- daisy embroidered halter top-Size XS/S

This top is so adorable and labeled size S. I feel the width is more of an XS at 13" (see photo) and no stretch/give as it is 100% cotton. The fabric is fully embroidered and amazing! The rope tie at the neck is totally unique. This is crop style, doesn't exactly come to waistline, would be super cute with high waisted jeans or skirt.
