lizzi4190 @lindalorincz hi! I'm sorry I took so long to respond! I'm 5'4" also and I wore this with wedges so the length was just brushing the ground. I would say this would fit a size 8 comfortably but you could probably get away with a 10 if you are on the edge of sizes. There is not much stretch in the fabric though.

lizzi4190 @flgrl69 depends on your bust size. I'm very full chested so it is empire on me but on a smaller bust size it will be at the natural waist.
