A whimsical party dress in a structured satin twill fabric with statement-making polka dots. This dress can be worn with or without the grosgrain ribbon at the waist, creating two very different looks. We've photographed it both ways. Details: * Narrow satin binding at neckline, armhole and bottom opening * Invisible back zipper * Exaggerated flounce at bottom opening with gathering for volume * Black grosgrain ribbon tie is fixed at the back waist and can be secured with string loops at side seams * This dress has a full fit at the waist and hips (see photos 2 4), and can be cinched in with the ribbon tie * Unlined Length: 35.5"(from top of strap to bottom front; strap is adjustable)  Bust: 35.5" | Waist: 39" | Hip: 44" (measurements are taken without the tie around the waist) Color: Black/Cream Fabric: 100% Polyester Care: Dry Clean Pre-Loved Condition: Very Good.
