Boutique Off-Shoulder Top

Off-shoulder top, flared sleeves (as shown), narrow elastic along top, 16 1/2" length and 16" across pit to pit, size is XL but seems to run on the smaller side, bright tangerine color would look great with white jeans or shorts, only worn once
