Boutique Off-the-shoulder Mini Floral Dress XS

I love this dress, but it sadly doesn’t fit me anymore. Periwinkle blue color with light pink flowers, off-the-shoulder ruffle, fit and flare style. So perfect for spring/summer! Lined, but not very stretchy. Zip up back. A few spots on the lining (pictured) but not noticeable while wearing. Size tag is missing, but fits like an extra small. Pet-free and smoke-free home.
