Boutique Sexy cold shoulder beaded neck dress

This dress is so pretty. Some of the beading is a little loose. Doesn’t appear that any is missing though. In my opinion, I would wear a slip under this dress. It can be seen through. I posted this as Express brand. The brand is actually Luxmi. I bought this from a boutique.
