Boutique Skirt

Final Touch boutique skirt in size medium. The skirt has a bit of stretch in it. I am 4/size small so I am listing as a size small since it seems to fit best for a size 4. The skirt's material is denim-like but still can be worn professionally or casually. This skirt is high-waisted and looks good with blouses and t-shirts alike. very flattering.
