Boutique Skirt

So so cute, just not my style! This is a size large, but when the waistband is rolled (like it is in the photo of me), it fits perfectly!! I’m a size 4-6 for reference. This skirt is in perfect condition. The only thing is I cut the tag out because it was itching me lol! It has only been worn about 5 times!!
