Boutique Summer Dress

I bought this from a boutique in CA. Never wore it. The back and front are exactly identical. 3/4 sleeves, the dress is lined. It does not show a size but I am almost always a size small and the dress fits me. Across chest (armpit to armpit) is 18” and from top of shoulder to bottom hem is 34” long.
