Boutique Sweater with Tie

Super Cute Sweater purchased last fall from a local boutique store. It’s dark green with multicolor chevron across bottom of sleeves & the back side of sweater. Looks pretty worn both, tied or open & it’s in great condition! It says “size small” but to me it fits closer to a medium. I have long arms & often buy a size Large but the sleeves are the right length. Also roomy across the shoulders. It is definitely bigger than a typical small.
