Boutique mini dress (brand is Better Be) - in a gorgeous dark blue/green/teal color. Size small. The fabric is buttery soft and so comfortable! You can tie the halter straps in a few different ways depending on what kind of look you want. Only worn once on a bachelorette trip. In excellent condition. I am 5’8 to size/length reference.
