Boutique Teal dress

Awesome teal dress Has sheer ruffled collar. A-Line design. I bought this from a boutique. It fits a size 8. There is a snag on the back lower part of the dress but I don’t think it’s noticeable. Looks adorable on. Above the knee. I wore black patent kitten heels with it to work but can take you right into after work get togethers.
