Boutique blouse (or dress (cute w/belt) for shorter women) can be worn many ways

I’ve worn this off shoulder, with shorts, with white beach pants, as a swim suit cover up when going out after the beach, with leggings and boots and scarves, with jeans, and I wish I could wear it as a dress but I’m 5’7”. You could pull it off under that height or with a shorter torso. It’s lined and very well made. Rayon. I machine washed on gentle and hung to dry. I bought it for the beach but it ended up being so much more.
