Boutique cold shoulder dress . Size small

Lovely modern floral boutique dress size small. Like new condition! Circle neckline is the front, with a lower v neck in the back (could reverse if you wanted to). Elastic detail on sleeves to wear completely off shoulder or higher towards the sleeveless part. Fully lined ! Last photo shows two tiny pinhole marks from security tag. This is on the back below the v and not noticeable. Great for weddings, Church, bridal and baby showers :)
