Boutique dress or tunic sz M

I'm tall so this was more of a tunic for me but could be a dress! This dress was purchased at Dress Up Boutique in Atlanta in 2015-ish? Great for fall with tights and boots! Bell sleeves that are 3/4 length 20" armpit to armpit 24" armpit to hem always washed on cold and hung to dry, I wore this about 5 times
