Boutique dress with floral embroidery. Worn once for a wedding

Gorgeous dress with lace and embroidery. Size L. There is NO stretch to the dress. It does fit more like a medium. This is from a boutique so there is not a lot of detail on measurements. I’m 5’ 5” and it hit me just above the knee
