Boutique embroidered tunic dress

One of my faves, but doesn't fit me any more (do not put this dress in the dryer)! This embroidered shift dress purchased at Francesca's with a folk/ ethnic pattern has a tie neck and windowpane detail on the sleeves. Tag size medium but best suited for x-small or small. Fully lined (lining may peek out depending how curvey you are). Only flaw is one of the ties with slight fraying at the end. Make me an offer!
