is the material over the bust stretchy? And how many inches does it measure across from seem to seem, both at the top shoulder and armpit seems?

@curlyhead87 The seam from shoulder to shoulder is roughly 16” and the seam from armpit to armpit is roughly 19.5”. The bust material seems stretchy and it is short sleeve 😊
