Boutique gingham smocked dress

❌SOLD❌ Super cute light blue gingham midi in excellent condition. Size large but can fit up to XL as the bust is very stretchy. It's really comfy with the elastic around the arms and light, flowy fabric (but it's not see through). I'm 5'4" and it hits me mid shins.
