One of a kind - Boutique halter dress. Chantal & Vicki Huntington Beach, California. Size small. White with black/gray/tan bike racer print. Super cute dress. Fits close on top and has a wide skirt. Front pockets and buttons up the front. There is a small tan spot on back of the dress. See picture - it blends in with the print. Also slight discoloration on bottom edge of skirt. See picture of that as well.

@emmawentworth I am so sorry that I haven’t gotten back to you!! I should have put my closet on hold. I am packing and moving states tomorrow. I believe that the top is lightly lined. I will check it in a bit, and get back to you today. It’s in a bedroom where someone is sleeping at the moment….

So… I was wrong. The top is not lined. You would definitely need a strapless bra with it, unless you normally go without.
